Product Warranty and Replacement
Warranty
If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials (including the finish of the plated metal hardware) over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, for the first 14 days after purchase of the product. For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to Highland Hounds. All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. Highland Hounds cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages.
Return Policy
As our leashes are handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any of our products.
All products are non refundable.
Suitability
Each consumer is responsible for determining the suitability of all Highland Hounds’ products for their individual situation and needs. The Consumer or User accepts all responsibility by purchasing and/or using these products. PLEASE always check all of your gear before use.
